New TD clutch kit made up of the latest Dalton components.
1- We have their new secondary springs that prevents coil bind and has a stiffer start rate to keep the belt at the top of the secondary preventing slip off the line and better acceleration. The spring has a similar finish rate than stock keeping the great top end speed while improving Starts.
2-We also have a Dalton primary spring that improves off the line acceleration and increases rpm engagement without being harsh. Great for the performance trail riders. The new primary spring will raise top rpm by 100-200rpm.
3- And of course the famous Dalton weights we use since last year that put more track hp to the ground. Proven on our track dyno and proven in the field. And they are very easy to adjust. We have different weight ranges for different HP.
To top it off, the Hd rollers that ate the best on the market. Stronger than the cat rollers and much stronger than the yamaha rollers.

Please inspect your clutch and check for cracks on sheaves and spider of the primary (close to roller area) especially on higher mileage sleds
We recommend also inspecting smoothness of the shift by removing the spring and checking for binding in the primary.
It must shift smoothly to improve efficiency.
Tried out these springs and they work great. Power is there when you need it coming out of a corner.
Ran new setup to and so far so good. Feels smooth so far.
I have no idea how the products work at this point because I haven't used them but I can tell you if done my research and they are the best so... The thing I can tell you is the customer Service is unreal! I sent my $1800 ECU to the wrong address and Mike from TD literally went door to door with the post office inspector after flipping the post office upside down and asked them if they received a package that didn't belong to them. AND THEY FOUND IT! This is bananas to me and I can't say enough about them so far.
This kit is awesome
so far 500 miles with this setup. was simple to install in about an hour. im using dalton 70g with 4.4g of added weight. rpms are 8900-9000. the belt temp is definitely lower then with the stock clutching.
